The cemetery I was visiting had graves of all shapes and sizes. Some were sunken, some elaborate, and many modest. For me, these four weather worn sign posts of past lives seem timeless. I wanted to emphasis their powerful shadow in the presence of a cloud burst, and convey a sense of holding one's breath for a long, long time.
